Anders Norberg is a former philosophy teacher and director of studies but has since 20 years been working on the development of a new multi-institutional campus, Campus SkellefteÃ¥ in Northern Sweden, in dialogue with regional universities. He is now also a doctoral student, researching "Blended Learning and Educational Logistics" at UmeÃ¥ University, Department of Applied Educational Science in the research group “Digital Didacticsâ€. His focus is the enabling of sustainable access to education in lifelong learning in Northern Sweden with the help of a critical theory perspective and time dimensions. He is a conference organizer and coordinator / participant of many EU educational development projects, as well as a lecturer at many conferences on subjects as multi-institutional campuses, time and blended learning and emergent practices / technologies for learning.
