Anders Norberg

Biography

Anders Norberg is a former philosophy teacher and director of studies but has since 20 years been working on the development of a new multi-institutional campus, Campus Skellefteå in Northern Sweden, in dialogue with regional universities. He is now also a doctoral student, researching "Blended Learning and Educational Logistics" at Umeå University, Department of Applied Educational Science in the research group “Digital Didactics”. His focus is the enabling of sustainable access to education in lifelong learning in Northern Sweden with the help of a critical theory perspective and time dimensions. He is a conference organizer and coordinator / participant of many EU educational development projects, as well as a lecturer at many conferences on subjects as multi-institutional campuses, time and blended learning and emergent practices / technologies for learning.
