Biography

Bill Clebsch Associate Vice President IT Services Stanford University As Associate Vice President IT Services for Stanford University, Bill Clebsch is responsible for Stanford's information technology organization and represents the University in matters related to IT nationally and internationally. He is currently leading a strategic plan to enhance Stanford's position in higher education by supporting university and research computing, providing communication and collaboration infrastructure, and delivering service and organizational excellence. This is balanced by a focus on leadership development as well as customer and employee satisfaction. His overarching goal is to ensure that technology supports the core teaching and research mission of the University. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University, and an MBA in Business Information Systems from San Francisco State University, and the International Institute for Studies and Training in Japan.
