Kay Sommers

Biography

I have been working in the IT area at VCU since 1990. During that time I've been mainly involved in LAN networking and desktop support. Lately I have become involved with PDAs for two reasons: one is because I love them and the second is because they are becoming very popular on campus and I'm called upon to support them. In addition to PDAs and wireless, I'm also very interested in network security and hope for convergence among these areas.
