Biography

With 30+ years of professional experience, I define and drive digital transformation by connecting executive vision and strategy to holistic planning, governance, experience design, operational execution, service delivery, and outcomes inclusive of and beyond a technology implementation.

When working with customers, I draw upon quality practice, research, principles of design thinking, and practical experience to surface solutions to complex problems. Over the course of my career, I have directly engaged with 120+ higher education institutions as a leader, consultant, and/or principal investigator; worked with commercial, government, research, and military organizations; and served as a contributor and/or leader in standards development, trade organizations, and non-profit consortia worldwide.

At present, I apply my enterprise technology and transformation skills toward resolving people, process, governance, and technology issues connected with digital transformation at Collaborative Solutions. Over the years, I have worked with customers in the aerospace, advertising, agriculture, architecture, construction, energy, entertainment, food processing, government, healthcare, higher education, IT, K12 education, marketing, manufacturing, master planning, media, military, pharmaceutical, research, retail, software, and startup sectors in Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East, and North America.
