Diana Noelcke
Biography
Diana Noelcke is the Director of Network & Telecommunication Services at the University of Cincinnati where she manages the voice, data systems and E-mail services along with the University's Network Operations Center and Directory Services. Recent projects include; UC Mobile, the Cellular offer to students, faculty and staff; the implementation of the CERF (Cincinnati Educational Research Fiber) ring utilizing DWDM technology, involved in developing two University strategic plans; Unified Messaging and Wireless security. Diana was also the lead project manager during the implementation of the University's CISCO gigabit network in 2000-2001 and the Network Refresh Project of the network edge equipment in 2007. Diana has over 23years of experience within the University of Cincinnati's Information Technology Division.EDUCAUSE Presentations
