Don Faulkner
Biography
Don Faulkner is Chief Information Security Officer for the University of Arkansas, where he is challenged daily to find elegant solutions to interesting problems ranging from identity and access management to cloud security to policy development. Previously, he was IS Director of the Engineering Institute, supporting accident reconstruction research, and CSO of Rainbow Spectria, a development firm emphasizing secure software development practices. He has worked as a professional security consultant for over 15 years, for diverse clients including major finance and pharmaceutical firms, as well as various local, state, and federal government agencies. He holds a CISSP certification, and is an active participant in Infragard and REN-ISAC.EDUCAUSE Presentations
