Biography
Dr Sze-sing Lam received the Ph. D. degree in System Engineering and Engineering Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2000. He is currently an associate professor in the Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration of The Open University of Hong Kong. He also serves as an academic consultant of the University's Center for Innovation since January 2008. His research interests include decision support systems, fuzzy scheduling, soft computing and information technologies applications in teaching and learning. He has published articles in Electronic Markets, Discrete Optimization, Computers & Operations Research, European Journal of Operational Research, Applied Artificial Intelligence, International Journal of Computer Processing of Oriental Language, and others.EDUCAUSE Publications
