Biography

Previously, he was director of Global IT Operations at Christian Dalloz - a French owned manufacturing corporation with 42 sites worldwide. In this positions he was responsible for creating a global infrastructure and supporting IT systems and services. Prior to that, Mr. Palmer was Director of Campus Computing at Drexel University with direct charge of all voice and data communications on campus, plus systems operations. His international experience began as Manager of Wide Area Networking at Okidata, a Japanese corporation with European, North American, and Asian data networking in support of their legacy computing systems.
