Kathleen Ames-Oliver

Biography

Kathleen Ames-Oliver is the Manager of Professional Development at the University of Kansas where she coaches individuals and groups in the development and enhancement of a wide array of skill sets including, but not limited to: Leadership, Facilitation, Team Building, Personal Effectiveness, Organizational Change, Communications, Conflict Resolution, Mentoring, Strategic Planning, and Team Development. She holds degrees in Performance Theatre and Counseling Psychology from The University of Missouri at Kansas City and has over 18 years experience working with individuals and groups in both business and academic settings.
