Biography
Ms. Cross has worked in student record systems management for more than fifteen years at U.S. Army Education Centers in Europe, the University of Texas at San Antonio, and Washington State University. She is currently a Systems Coordinator for the Admissions Office at WSU, responsible for coordinating several systems projects that include imaging and workflow.EDUCAUSE Publications
