Biography
Kathy Lang is the CIO at Marquette University, a private, Catholic, research university. She is responsible for the strategic direction of technology and operational management of technology services, including infrastructure, project management, and service management. Kathy frequently speaks and consults on IT leadership and management and is a member of several IT advisory groups. Speaking and consulting topics include IT communication, strategic planning, service management, project management, organizational planning and IT customer service. Prior to Marquette, she was the CIO at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and an IT director at the College of St. Benedict and St. John'™s University in Collegeville, MN. Kathy holds an MBA from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN and a BS from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND.EDUCAUSE Publications
