Kim Duckett

Biography

Kim Duckett is Associate Head for Digital Technologies and Learning at North Carolina State University. She shares management responsibilities for the Research and Information Services department and leads a team focused on library instruction, outreach, and e-learning. She is project lead for the award-winning Library Course Views application (branded "Library Tools") which dynamically generates student-centric views of library resources that can be integrated into learning management systems. She has also been a lead in a number of user research projects at the NCSU Libraries and was a core team member for the IMLS-funded Learning Space Toolkit. Kim received her master's degree in Library Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2001 and was named a Library Journal Mover and Shake in 2009.
