Biography

D. Randy Garrison was the Director of the Teaching & Learning Centre and a professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Calgary. His current status is Professor Emeritus. Dr. Garrison has published extensively on teaching and learning in higher, adult and distance education contexts. His most recent book is Thinking Collaboratively: Learning in a Community of Inquiry.
