Mojgan serves as an IT Director within UC San Diego's Information Technology Services department. As the Director of Process Management & Continuous Improvement, she oversees the Service Management Office, Project Portfolio Management Office, Continuous Improvement program, and overall IT Communications and Outreach for the organization. The group's mission is to provide frameworks, guidelines,communication channels and standards to simplify IT Service management, project and portfolio management, governance, organizational change management, culture and outreach for UCSD and coordination with the UC system-at-large. The team is composed of product and program managers, business analysts, technical project managers, and communications experts. Mojgan serves as the chair of the Business Excellence Community of Practice at UC San Diego, becop.ucsd.edu, and has served as the chair of the University of California IT Architecture Group responsible for establishing standards-based and reusable solutions and architectures.
