Molly Schaller

Biography

Molly Schaller is an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of the College Student Personnel Program and a Fellow in the Learning Teaching Center at the University of Dayton. Prior to her faculty position she worked for 10 years in student affairs administration. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Ohio State University, Master’s degree from Miami University in College Student Personnel and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Ohio University. Her research, in partnership with Sawyer Hunley, has been to understand the relationship between learning space, learning, engagement and pedagogy. Molly also conducts research on college student development, specifically on sophomore students and the sophomore year experience.
