Biography
Ray deSouza is currently the Bursar and Chief Administrative Officer at Victoria University a federated university within the University of Toronto. A career higher education administrator for four decades Ray is interested in converging a complex set of academic priorities with the realities of planning and managing these priorities in a climate of diminishing resources. Innovation, motivation, complex negotiations and the excitement of working in a knowledge based environment makes for a career opportunity that no other sector can offer.
