Restiani Andriati

Biography

Restiani Andriati is the Coordinator of the Faculty Instructional Development Lab, one of seven functional areas in the Center for Instructional Development & Distance Education at the University of Pittsburgh. She also leads the University's efforts to train and support faculty using CourseInfo at Pitt.

Ms. Andriati received her BS in Physics from Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta, Indonesia in 1991, an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University in 1995, and an MS in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999. Prior to her position at CIDDE, Ms. Andriati taught Electronics and Instrumentation at Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia (1991-1994) and was a research member in the university's Computing Center, working on projects related to the implementation of campus and library networks. She also served as a Graduate Research Assistant for a collaborative authoring tool project in the Department of Telecommunications and Information Science, in the School of Information Sciences, University of Pittsburgh.
