Dr. Tanya Grosz is the Dean of Graduate, Online, & Adult Learning at the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, MN. She oversees the dual enrollment program, blended learning, degree completion and graduate learning, and all online curriculum and faculty who teach online. She began the open textbook initiative and facilitated the creation of the first Z (Zero-cost textbooks) Degree in Minnesota and the first faith-based Z degree in the nation. In 2012, she completed her Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in Online Learning.
