Ted Sherrill
Biography
Ted is responsible for helping Oracle customer's with leveraging their investments with Oracle technologies and applications. He has a BBA in accounting and MBA in information systems. Has held functional positions in accounting and information technology with ExxonMobil. He has also led financial and IT audits for public accounting firms. Has over 17 years of experience with Oracle in many different functions, data-warehouse center of excellence, business intelligence, database specialist, applications consultant, procure to pay specialist, master data management, identity management and Oracle management positions. For the last 10 years Ted has focused on security and regulatory compliance. The last 7 years he has specialized in remediating risks within Higher Ed and Healthcare. He is the creator and architect of the Oracle Data Privacy Shield, which remediates risk concerning sensitive data (e.g. SSNs, PII, Credit Card).EDUCAUSE Presentations
