Will has over 27 years of expert law-enforcement experience and is the most highly decorated investigator in the history of the San Jose Police Department with 9 major awards and 37 letters of accommodation. Will worked in Homicide, SWAT, DEA Task Force, Narcotics and recently, Airport Security Sergeant. Will is also a Joint Terrorism Liaison Officer and is certified to teach WMD response to Radiological and Nuclear incidents. Will is also certified as an Advanced Law Enforcement Videographer. Will’s particular expertise is in evidence collection, preservation and critical analysis of major events. Will also trained in IP Video Security and Network Communications Technologies.
