Biography
Making IT understandable for the non-geek and encouraging the geek in all of us. Abby Razer, Ph.D, has an extensive background in service desk management, instructional design and customer service. This unique skill set has allowed her to encourage IT professionals to transform their organization to gain clarity and strategies. In her current position as the SalukiTech Call Center Team Lead we are striving to continuously improve and transform our training to meet the changing needs of our customers. Her current focus involves building a culture that values clarity, calmness and the next steps forward.
