Biography

Adriana Gámez is Associate Director of LiFE Formative Programs at Tec de Monterrey since 2017 she has coordinated the efforts of the transformation of co-curricular training programs, their integration into the Tec Educational Model, so as LiFE digital and organizational transformation for 2,400 LiFE staff and instructors.

Adriana is and Industrial Engineer with an MBA from EGADE Business School. Prior to her experience at Tec, she worked for 10 years at PepsiCo in roles related to Strategic Planning and Business Architecture.

She is creative, results driven and committed leader ready to help companies to design and manage strategies and processes to create value and fulfill organizational goals. Focused on performing in roles that transcend to facilitate change in the community and for other women.
