Biography

Adwoa Arhin, CBAP, PMP, is a Business Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with more than seven years of experience in digital transformation, workflow modernization, and process improvement across higher education and telecommunications. At UNCG, she has helped redesign international student service workflows, reducing typical I-20 readiness timelines from 7–10 days to 1–3 days while improving operational visibility and reducing manual handling. Her work has been published in Modern Analyst, featured in a Terra Dotta case study, and presented at professional conferences and IIBA events. She has also served as a reviewer and evaluator for PMI and Technovation Girls. Her recognition includes technology leadership awards from Telecel Ghana, formerly Vodafone Ghana, and institutional recognition for her contributions to workflow transformation and service improvement
