Aimee Swan
Assistant Director for Application Services, SUNY SICAS Center

Aimee Swan has led the Application Services team at the SUNY SICAS Center for over a decade, supporting more campuses across SUNY and New York State. She specializes in customer support, IT service management (ITSM), service desk design, training strategy, and documentation that drives results. Her work centers on human-first technology leadership, with a deep commitment to user experience, innovation, and collaborative service models.

Aimee is a lifelong learner with passions spanning ITSM, virtual team dynamics, continual improvement, process analysis, and empowering women in IT leadership. She holds a B.S. in Computer Science from SUNY Oneonta and an M.S. in Management with a concentration in Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Change at SUNY Empire University.

Outside of work, Aimee is a mom of two, costume designer, community volunteer, and voracious reader who believes leadership is about showing up — with grit, grace, and zero apologies.
