SUNY SICAS Center - Assistant Director for Application Services

Leader of the Application Services Team for the last 10+ years focusing on customer support, customer success, ITSM, service desk, documentation and training for member campuses. 

Lifelong learner that is passionate about innovation, process analysis, ITSM, virtual teams, continual process improvement, women in IT, person first leadership and technology.
