Alan Stevens
Director, IT Services Strategy, University of Central Florida
Alan Stevens is Director of IT Services Strategy at UCF IT, where he leads transformation initiatives for a central IT organization serving over 68,000 students and 13,000 faculty and staff. In this role, Alan created the UCF IT Technology Business Management Office, which serves as an impartial broker of data and resources to facilitate fact-based discussions and decision-making regarding IT investments, resources and organization. Previously an award-winning securities analyst and senior operating manager, Alan is a graduate of Lake Forest College and Harvard Business School.
