Alan Walsh

Biography

Alan is currently the Functional Chief for Lifetime Engagement for Indiana University. He is helping to lead the broad deployment of a Constituent Relationship Management system across the institution. In his previous role he was the manager for identity management at the university where his team managed directory data, access provisioning, password management, web single sign-on, and federated identity. Alan is also involved in research and collaboration. He was the inaugural co-chair of the Identity Management Taskforce for the Committee on Institutional Collaboration (CIC). He is a frequent presenter at regional and national conferences and has been working in Higher Education for over 20 years.
