Biography

Albert has been developing learning technology tools for higher education the over 10 years. After earning a M.S. in Instructional Design and Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania he began developing instructional resources for faculty at Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster and then progressed to Millersville University where he is currently the Instructional Designer for face-to-face, technology enhanced and full online courses. Besides designing instruction he also delivers instruction in the fields of instructional design, instructional technology, and multimedia development as an adjunct professor for Millersville University, Mansfield University and Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. As a member of both the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Learning Management Administrator’s Group and the Millersville University Community of Digital Innovators groups he works with faculty and administrators to shape the Distance Education programs at a state and university level. As an innovative proponent of instructional design, he developed tools for curriculum redesign which he presented at regional and national conferences.
