Biography

I have had the pleasure of serving the Brown University community, my alma mater, since 2014. My work at the IT Sevice Center includes managing a student technician program of around 40 part time employees, providing first-line end user to our community of students, alumni, faculty, and staff, and managing privileged access to enterprise systems. Recent focii have included end user information security, emergency access revocation, and supporting remote access to secured systems.
