Biography

Aliya Reich is the Program Manager for Conferences and Events at the Council on Library and Information Services. She leads the planning for the annual Digital Library Federation Forum, an inclusive and accessible conference for digital library practitioners and folks working in the GLAMS (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, and Museums). Her background is in museums and she holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in art history. Outside of work, Aliya is a running coach, leads Pacing for Parkinson’s, a charity team at the Baltimore Running Festival, and volunteers with Girls on the Run and Big Brothers Big Sisters at the Y.
