Biography

Active leader since becomming a 17 year old squad leader in Marine Corps Bootcamp.  Personality profile identified me as someone who makes decisions from the seat of my pants.  For most people that is a bad trait.  For myself, I was told that I make good decisions which is uncommon.  Understanding how much information is necessary to make a decision and combining that with the potential outcomes allows me to work at a faster pace.  Allowing people to take risks knowing that failure is part of the journey to success makes for a better work environment.  With 20 years of business/government experience before entering the IT field gives me an advantage when working with all of the consumers of IT services.
