Biography

Allison supports large scale innovation and design thinking within the CSU with fellow ITS professionals and campus stakeholders. Her role involves understanding challenges, developing solutions, integrating relevant design, and researching best practices in UX. Before joining the CSU system, she served as the associate director of student activities at Pepperdine University focusing on event planning and leadership development. Allison holds bachelor’s degrees in American literature & culture and women’s studies from the University of California, Los Angeles as well as a master’s degree in psychology from Pepperdine University.
