Allison Oslund has worked in Texas A&M Information Technology Product Strategy and Communication for ten years (http://IT.tamu.edu). She is involved in all campus communication for central IT, including websites, social media and other digital and print communications. Allison is currently facilitating the creation of a five-year strategic plan and is leading a cross-functional team charged with moving their organization toward a culture of service excellence. She is the chair of Texas A&M's Mobile Strategy Team (http://gomobile.tamu.edu) and newly launched GoWeb Team (http://goweb.tamu.edu), and she serves on the steering committee for the campus IT Advisory Committee. Prior to working in higher education, Allison was the Advertising Manager for Hastings Entertainment, Inc. where she planned and executed national marketing campaigns including direct mail, newspaper circulars, radio, TV, Internet, in-store displays and store grand openings.
