Biography

Amanda Major, EdD, CPLP, PMP has experience delivering results in a variety of learner-focused and client-oriented environments. Amanda contributes to strategic planning efforts, policy development, provides instructional design assistance, facilitates and coordinates faculty professional development, and improves business processes to contribute to quality online programs. Currently, she serves as an instructional designer faculty member at the University of Central Florida's Center for Distributed Learning. She has presented at national and international conferences and has peer-reviewed publications about organizational development in education. Most recently she has focused her research efforts on higher education quality e-learning operations and projects.
