Amanda Rampe-Eggleston

Biography

Amanda Rampe-Eggleston (she/her) is IT Business Analyst for Academic Affairs at Nazareth University where her responsibilities include oversight of all applications and data for the Academic Affairs division and developing creative solutions using technology to streamline administrative processes. She is passionate about equitable access to Higher Education for all students, a scholar of organizational theory, and a proponent of improving inefficient systems. Some of the honors that she has earned for her work in data and technology include: the 2022-2023 Innovation of the Year award for her work on Monroe Community College’s Data Champions initiative, Monroe Community College’s Emerging Excellence Award, and MCC’s 2019 Advisor of the Year award in recognition of her improvements to the college’s advisor assignment process. Amanda holds an M.S. in Higher Education Administration as well as an Advanced Certificate in Program Evaluation from the University of Rochester.
