Amy S. Kullgren is the Director of Client Support Services in the Infomration Technology department at Central Connecticut State University. At CCSU she plays a key role in managing the day-to-day technical support to faculty, staff and students. Amy is obtained a Master's in Organizational Communication and teaches Comm115 at the University. Her undergraduate degree is from Smith College; a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Amy is also working to become certified in ITIL.
