Biography

Amy Marbach is an IT User Services Specialist with 27 years of professional experience in Information Technology in higher education, all at Cal State Monterey Bay. Before that, she was a student employee of the technology help desk. She brings a unique full-circle perspective to its transformation into a campus-wide, high-value service hub. Her current focus is designing a structured student workforce model for IT that strengthens service delivery and operational effectiveness while providing students with marketable, real-world experience.
