Amy Ricci

Biography

Amy Ricci is the Director of Online Education in the School of Online & Continuing Education at Johnson & Wales University, where she is implementing online degree programs as an integral part of JWU's strategic plan. Previously Amy was the Assistant Director of the Academic Technology Center at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Amy has also worked with distance learning programs at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and Syracuse University and she rolled out online training at a software company in Boston. She holds an M.A. in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University, an M.B.A. from RIT, and is currently pursuing her Ed.D. at Northeastern University.
