Biography

As a Program Coordinator for the .EDU Domain at EDUCAUSE, I play a key role in overseeing and managing the administration of the .EDU top-level domain. My responsibilities include ensuring compliance with federal regulations, providing support to accredited higher education institutions, and optimizing domain operations to enhance security and accessibility.

Leveraging my background in municipal governance and higher education administration, I bring a strategic approach to policy implementation, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. My expertise in technology-driven solutions allows me to streamline operations, improve user experiences, and support institutions in their digital identity management.

Prior to joining EDUCAUSE, I served as the Clerk of Council for the City of Kent, Ohio, where I facilitated legislative processes, managed public meetings, and modernized government operations through agenda management and live-streaming solutions. My experience in academic advising and student services at Case Western Reserve University and Kent State University has also provided me with a strong foundation in higher education administration, policy, and institutional support.
