Biography

Ana Gonzalez has spent over twenty years working directly with emerging technologies in education. She is currently the Director of Instructional Technology at The University of the Incarnate Word where her office provides faculty and staff with the pedagogical tools, training, and resources needed to promote student engagement and success and to enhance and improve teaching, research, and administrative operations. Ana has also worked with Distance Education as a coordinator, project manager, an adjunct instructor, and more importantly as a distance education student earning her M. Ed. in Educational Technology from the University of Texas at Brownsville via the UT Telecampus.
