Biography

I am Director, Enterprise Applications and Data Services at McMaster University, where I lead enteprise applications, data services, integrations, operational analytics, and platform operations.

I have more than 25 years of technology leadership experience across higher education, municipal government, and the Ontario Public Service. My experience spans enterprise systems modernization, cloud and digital transformation, data and analytics, governance, organizational change, and the leadership of multidisciplinary technology teams.

I am particularly interested in how higher education institutions can use technology, data, and artificial intelligence responsibly and effectively to improve services, strengthen decision-making, and advance institutional priorities. I also have a strong interest in executive technology leadership, developing high performing teams, and building effective partnerships between IT and the broader organization.
