I worked as a cataloger, a library director, and an instruction and reference librarian before discovering that the most fun in libraries is found in IT! I have been the Head of Library IT at Western Washington University since 1999, and I've been managing Viking Village, Western's online social and information network, since 2008.EDUCAUSE Presentations
