Biography

Andrea holds a lead role with the IT Service Management (ITSM) initiative for the Infrastructure and Technology Services area at the University of Michigan. In this role, she provides oversight and guides improvement of the ITSM platform and ITIL based processes. Andrea was instrumental in establishing and maturing the initial Service Management practice at the University of Michigan.
