Andrea Van Proyen
Biography
Andrea Van Proyen is the Manager of Service Center Communications for Campus Information Technologies and Educational Services (CITES) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (Illinois). The charter of the Service Center Communications group is to keep campus informed about CITES services by formulating clear, consistent messages in response to inquiries and incidents and by developing materials that increase awareness of CITES services. Andrea has a bachelor of science in journalism and a master of science in family and consumer economics, both from Illinois.EDUCAUSE Presentations
