Andrew Chambers

Biography

Andrew Chambers serves as the Information Commons Technology Administrator at SUNY Buffalo State, the largest comprehensive college in the State University of New York (SUNY) system. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. As Technology Administrator, Chambers provides leadership and oversight for Information Technology initiatives, help desk operations, computer labs and a variety of IT related departments and functions. He serves as key liaison and consultant for various campus departments regarding technology needs and solutions and works with a cross departmental team to advocate new and improved processes, bringing technology tools and applications to the forefront of student learning. He serves as System Administrator for the Mobile Device Management system (AirWatch), ID Production system (Datacard ID Centre), Campus Commerce, Security and One-Card system (Blackboard Transact), campus web-form system (Wufoo) and web-reservation system (WebReserv).
