Biography

I represent a portfolio of 15 BPO companies providing call center services from 14 countries with 45,000 agents. We support colleges, universities and Edtech companies with skilled professional call center agents powered by AI technology.

During the summer, I work in Europe and have a keen interest in ancient Greek and Roman coins. I'm a published scholar, with several articles in the Royal Numismatic Journal.
