Andy Topper


Dr. Andrew Topper holds a Ph.D. in educational psychology with a focus on cognition and technology and has been teaching online and blended courses for over 15-years. He coordinates a fully online M.Ed. program in educational technology and is active in scholarship around institutional adoption of digital learning, professional development and organizational change. He has shared research associated with digital learning in higher education, including blended and online, at state and national conferences, including scholarly and academic outlets as well as peer-reviewed publications.
