Biography

As a Curriculum Developer, the job intel the creativity of delivering Airmen with a curriculum that promote learning proficiency in helping them to achieve their cross-cultural educational goals. Some of the many roles include establishing program learning objectives and course objectives. The outcomes contribute to the framework in providing airmen the opportunity to adapt in other cultures by exemplifying professionalism while working within various countries. Both program and course learning objectives provide the necessary instructional beliefs in interdisciplinary methods in discovering cultures around the world.

 As a Curriculum Developer I provide direction of ongoing revisions, planning, developing and articulations of course content. Additionally, the Curriculum Developer can identify specific content areas that need readiness for change for Airmen in cultural societies using technological and informational resources. Also, Curriculum Developers create assessments and testing from created content which helps in building competency and diversity.

Typically, Curriculum Developers are tasked in modeling educational development in generating theory to which has been researched and examined through an anthropological edification standpoint. Content must be researched by applying understanding to students. Curriculum Developers must plan and organize content creating cohesive instruction that offers students the aptitude in gaining supportive course lessons. Each lesson requires material that has been developed in producing actualities that align with course objectives.

Curriculum Developers rely on the assistance of Subject Matter Expert. A Subject Matter Expert is an individual that has specialized knowledge in a specific area of expertise that assists with course content. Precise subject information that corresponds with the lessons and how the identification affiliates with ongoing learning with students. Also, subject matter experts include the most up to date content, that enables course information to include valuable insight on ongoing modifications.

Time and accuracy are expected for assignments, assessments and other aspects that must comply with how curriculum developers create a course. Within a course, the curriculum developer must have a constructed syllabus, which depicts the framework of how the course and lessons are foundational in student learning. Students are given the skill and dexterity in the matter of continuing curricula modules.

My role as Curriculum Developer is imperative in how the course is collectively placed in a meticulous method to which students are capable of receiving and reviewing course information. Curriculum developers decide what information should be qualified for   lesson planning and communicating that information to students for course achievement.
