Biography

I am the Web Administrator at Montgomery County Community College. I have been working at the institution for 2 and a half years. I manage the college's multiple websites. I also maintain our student portal and various other web applications. After receiving a certification from the Neilsen Norman group for User Experience design, I have redesigned the way the college engages with students, by helping to provide the best possible user experience on our web platforms. I work directly with students and administrators on a regular basis,  performing various types of testing to ensure that our users have a seamless web experience. My job is unique in the aspect that I am able to collaborate with other members of the college including administrators, faculty members and students on a regular basis. I am a people person, so this role is perfect for me.
