Hello Readers,


You can call me Ustanish. In Urdu language, Ustani means ‘female mentor/teacher’ and Anish is my name so combined, its ‘Ustanish’. I happen to be an emerging educationist with a formal qualification in Education, Psychology and Human Resource Management. I’m a people’s person and an impact builder. Alone in the previous 2 years, I have created impact with more than 10,000 people, both directly and indirectly. I train and mentor young professionals and university students. Recently, I have started working with university faculty members for their continuous professional development(CPD). Moreover, I'm contributing in making the world a global village by facilitating international MUNs with Globalizon LLC.

I have worked as an experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Skilled in Training Facilitation, Presentation Skills, Management, Community, Business Communication and Microsoft Excel.
My soft skills include adaptive leadership, flexibility, strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, teamwork and conflict management skills.
During the pandemic, I unlearned and learned many techniques and one of them is how to make the virtual setting engaging and interactive.
