Anita Belle is the Assistant Vice President of Workforce Development at Hudson County Community College’s School of Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD), where she leads multimillion-dollar grant initiatives and strategic programs that advance access, equity, and economic mobility.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in administration, opertaions, and workforce development, Anita brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, operational expertise, and programmatic innovation to her role.
